ISLAMABAD:
The Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) on Tuesday announced to extend winter vacations for all public and private educational institutions in the capital till January 11.

The Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) on Tuesday announced to extend winter vacations for all public and private educational institutions in the capital till January 11.
The CADD, earlier, had announced winter vacations from December 22-31. Moreover, public and private universities in the
city have already announced the winter vacations till January 11.
According to the notification, educational institutions will now
reopen on January 12 (Monday), The decision to extend winter vacations was taken in a meeting presided by CADD Minister of State Barrister Usman Ibrahim and senior officials of Federal Directorate of Education in view of security threats.
Educational institutes
in Rawalpindi have
already been directed to reopen on January 12, after the Punjab government extended vacations across the province.
