Kill and dump: One of two kidnapped men found dead

The body of one of the two people kidnapped from Ibrahimzai area of Hangu four months ago was recovered from Togh Sarai in the district on Wednesday.
An official of Saddar police said the body was later identified as that of Baqir Hussain, a resident of Ibrahimzai. He added Hussain was kidnapped by unidentified assailants along with another person identified as Kamran, who is still missing.
The official said Hussain’s body was later shifted to District Headquarters Hospital for an autopsy and subsequently handed over to the bereaved relatives.
After the incident, residents of Ibrahimzai placed the body on the road and blocked traffic in protest.
The protesters, which included relatives of the deceased, demanded the district administration to arrest the killers of Hussain immediately.
