National Assembly speaker terms the APS incident a tragedy
PESHAWAR:
National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and Deputy Speaker Javed Murtaza Abbasi on Sunday visited Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) and inquired about the health of the injured students of the Army Public School (APS). Talking to media, the National Assembly speaker termed the APS incident a tragedy which could not be forgotten and “its affects in our hearts will never diminish.” He met the parents of the injured students and prayed for their speedy recovery. He also prayed for granting patience to the parents of the martyred students to bear the loss with fortitude. He said that not only the whole nation, rather the whole world is strongly condemning this act of terrorism.
