Tribute to Pakistani singers on Nov 24

The programme will feature dance performances and music from the four provinces of the country.

KARACHI:
Singer Amjad Rana will pay tribute to the renowned singers of the country at the Karachi Arts Council on November 24. The programme will feature dance performances and music from the four provinces of the country.

According to Rana, it aims to unite the actors, dancers and singers from all the provinces on one platform. Talking to the media at the Karachi Press Club, the singer said that he wants to express his “love for Pakistan” through this show and also wishes to pay tribute to all the singers who are now a part of the country’s past.


“Pakistan is our identity, we are nothing without it,” he said. “Every year, I try to unite artists, singers and dancers from every corner of the country as they represent different cultures, customs and arts...of one chain,” Rana added.
