Barbaric massacre: Altaf Hussain condemns attack on school
Altaf says time has come for Army to take severe action against the terrorists and root them out with full might
KARACHI:
Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain strongly condemned the terrorists’ attack on school in Peshawar. In a statement issued from London, he said: “Words cannot describe or suffice the cruelest bloodbath of innocuous school children, which was carried out by the ruthless terrorists.”
He said now the time had come for Army to take severe action against the terrorists and root them out with full might. Altaf announced three-day mourning on the barbaric massacre and directed the Rabita Committee to postpone all its political activities.
Entire nation is aggrieved and shares its sympathies with the martyred children, said the MQM chief.
Moreover, on the directions of MQM chief, the coordination committee had also asked its workers to positively take part in the rescue and relief activities and donate blood for the injured.
