Commuters’ Woes: People demand end to traffic snarls

The public has asked the authorities to outline a comprehensive plan to solve traffic congestion in the city, particularly during the rush hours. Motorists complain that the traffic wardens are not deployed at several points. People say Raja Bazaar Road, Bank Road, Bunni Chowk, Said Pur Road, Peerwadhai Road, Tench Bhata, 22 Number Chungi face traffic jams on daily basis. Lack of traffic signals in Raja Bazaar and some other important chowks in the city also result in frequent traffic snarls.
