Militants shift bodies to an unknown location

A militant of the banned outfit Lashkar-e-Islam (LI) was reportedly killed and three others were injured when security forces pounded their hideouts in the Tirah valley of Khyber Agency on Sunday morning. An official of the security forces said that the military personnel by using heavy artillery against the militants of Mangal Bagh-led LI killed one militant and injured three others. The official maintained that their hideouts were destroyed in the Pir Mela and Sarhai Kandao areas in the valley. Following the strike, militants gathered the body along with the injured men and shifted them to an unknown location, he further stated.
