Two policemen killed near Swat
The men were on their way to their assignment to protect a polio vaccination team

At least two policemen were killed when they were ambushed by unidentified militants at Buner near Swat while on their way to their assignment to protect a polio vaccination team on Monday.
Armed militants opened fire on them near Dokada, killing both on the spot.
Following the incident, further contingents were dispatched to the area. Before the military action of 2009, Swat valley was a major strong hold of militants.
