Facilitating the public: CDA announces more centres

Centre will provide all services related to CDA, Iesco, SNGPL, PTCL, NADRA, and passport office under one roof

ISLAMABAD:
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will establish three more citizen facilitation centres after completion of the one being constructed in G-7/2. CDA Chairman Maroof Afzal on Saturday visited the under-construction facilitation centre and reviewed the pace of work on the project. The facilitation centre, which is being established at an area of 2500 square yards, will provide all the services related to CDA, Iesco, SNGPL, PTCL, NADRA, and passport office under one roof. CDA says excavation work has been completed and work on a retaining wall is in process. The chairman directed the project director to complete the project within the given time frame and ensure quality of work. The chairman asked the officials to submit daily progress reports on the project. Afzal said the civic agency would set up the similar public facilitation centres in different sectors in the future.
