Sources on the ground said they found the bag lying in the parking area of the airport.
ASF personnel took the bag to a special area where suspicious objects are kept for twenty four hours to be investigated.
Authorities said the material in the bag would be checked and examined thoroughly.
There is no news about the nature of the material packed in the bag.
The First Hajj flight arrived from Jeddah in Quetta today (Monday), because of which a large number of people were present.
