The mutilated body of a three-year-old was found near a garbage dump. Gulgasht police said Muhammad Yaseen was going to a market when he found the body. He took it to Nishtar Hospital for post mortem examination.
Police said they had made several announcements in the area but no one came forward to claim the body.
