Pakistan maintain 100% record in Blind World Cup
Favourites beat Australia by nine wickets in their round-robin match.

Israr Hussain’s all-round show propelled Pakistan to a convincing nine-wicket win against Australia in the Blind Cricket World Cup to record their sixth consecutive victory.
Pakistan have been unstoppable so far, maintaining a 100% record, and are already into the semi-finals.
Batting first, Australia were bowled out for 129 in 33.2 overs as they failed to deal with Israr, who picked up four wickets.
Stephen Palmar was the top scorer with 26 runs, while Lindsay Heaven chipped in with 23 hitting two boundaries during his 31-ball stint. Haroon Khan claimed two wickets while a scalp each was taken by Muhammad Idrees, Sajid Nawaz and Muhammad Jamil.
In reply, Pakistan riding on Nasir Ali’s 80-run blitz rocketed to 133 for one in just 10 overs. Nasir smashed a six and 12 boundaries in his whirlwind knock, while Israr made 29 as both put on a 115-run opening stand to pave way for a convincing victory.
