Heinous Crime: Kidnapped man’s body found

LAHORE: Police on Monday exhumed the body of a man kidnapped two months ago. Liaqatabad police said Javed Virk’s body was found from a house near Phatak Stop. “We have three suspects in custody, including Virk’s wife Sonia* and her former husband Aamir*. During interrogation, Aamir told us that he had divorced Sonia, who later married Virk. He said this had angered him and he had kidnapped and murdered Virk with help from Sonia and buried the body at his home,” the police officer investigating the case said.
