Road accident: Two die en route from PTI rally
FATEH JANG:
Two people were killed and five injured in a road accident near Hattar in Fateh Jang on Sunday night. Police say a jeep lost its balance due to a tyre burst on the Fateh Jang-Rawalpindi Road. The occupants were returning from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Sunday rally in Islamabad. Muhammad Nawaz and Azhar Iqbal died on the spot while Bismillah Jan and Muhammad Anwar were critically injured. They were taken to Rawalpindi’s Holly Family hospital. The other three who were injured are under treatment at a local hospital in Fateh Jang. Police have handed over the bodies to the families.
