Provocative speech: Sessions judge orders registration of case against Sheikh Rasheed
As per court directives, case will be registered under Anti-Terrorist Act
NANKANA SAHIB:
A district and sessions judge in Nankana Sahib ordered registration of a case against Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rasheed for his "provocative speech" during a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf rally, Express News reported on Monday.
On November 12, Rasheed had allegedly made provocative statements during the rally held in Nankana Sahib.
Judge Rana Nisar issued the order on a petition filed by Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) youth wing president.
As per the court directives, the case will be registered under the Anti-Terrorist Act.
