Deadly Collision: Three killed in road accidents

FAISALABAD:
Three people were killed and another was injured in two accidents on Wednesday. Bahlak police said Ameer Ali of Chak 546-GB, his brother Zawar Husssain and mother Zuhran Bibi were going on a motorbike when they were hit by a car near Chak 604-GB. They said the trio was injured taken to a hospital where Ali and his mother did. Hussain was referred to Allied Hospital Faisalabad where doctors said his condition was critical. Separately, Khurrianwala police said Fauzia Khalid, an intermediate student, of Chak 77-RB, was returning home from school and was crossing the road near Khurarianwala Chowk when she was hit by a car. She was taken to a hospital where she died. Her body was handed over to her family for burial. Police said a case had been registered and a team was formed to find and arrest the car driver who had fled the scene.
