Admitting the petition, Justice Athar Minallah issued stay order against the order of FIA headquarters till next hearing and issued notice to all three respondents including DG FIA, Director Admin and Deputy Director Establishment for Nov 19.
The case is being also investigated by a UK immigration and Border Agency team. Initially the case was registered with FIA Islamabad Zone but on the request of British authorities the investigation was transferred to SIU of FIA.
