Dead body of five-year-old girl found in garbage dump after she went missing
RAWALPINDI:
A five-old-girl was allegedly kidnapped, sexually assaulted and killed by two men in Rawalpindi, Express News reported on Thursday.
Three days after the kidnapping, her dead body was found in a garbage dump near her residence by neigbours. Earlier, the police searched the area but were not able to find her.
"The suspects took advantage of load-shedding and threw the body of the minor in the area," said the police offical.
In order to conduct a postmortem of the deceased, a body sample was taken by the police.
Earlier on November 10, a driver also sexually assaulted a 40-year-old woman in a van, taking the total reported number of such crimes to 92 in Islamabad.
