Fatality: Unemployed mason commits suicide
The deceased, a father of eight children, hanged himself after being unable to find work for several days

A 45-year-old mason committed suicide at his residence in Meeran Shah within the limits of Hyderi police station late on Tuesday night. The deceased, a father of eight children, hanged himself after being unable to find work for several days. His widow, who is a hepatitis patient, said that at the time of the incident, there had been no electricity. She said that her husband went outside and after a while, she heard a sound, went out to investigate and found his body. The body was brought to Chandka Medical College Hospital, Larkana, for medico-legal formalities and was later handed over to the deceased’s heirs for burial.
