Police arrest four members of Afghan national karate team in Peshawar
DSP Kutwali Sahibzada Sajjad says the members were released after their claims were verified

Four members of the Afghan national karate team were briefly held on Monday by Kutwali police owing to a lack of documents.
“Police found four Afghan nationals and they were taken to the local police station when they failed to produce documents,” DSP Kutwali Sahibzada Sajjad told The Express Tribune.
“During investigation they told police that they were members of the karate team and were on a visit to Peshawar. We verified their claim and then released them,” he added.
