Fake cops rob expat

Robbers present their fake police service cards and asked for checking the vehicles

Four robbers snatched foreign currency from an expatriate at Taxila on Thursday.


Muhammad Sajid, a native of Mansehra, was travelling home along with his two brothers and a driver when four persons in a silver car (RIL-2961) stopped them in Saddat Colony near Taxila.


They presented their fake police service cards and asked for checking the vehicles. They took 20,950 Saudi riyals from Sajid’s bag while searching the luggage and sped away.

Sajid is employed in Saudi Arabia and was on the way
to his native town for vacations. The police registered a case.
