President approves two SCH judges for appellate tribunal
Consisting of Honourable Judges Abdul Rasool Memon and Salahuddin Panhwar of SHC
ISLAMABAD:
President Mamnoon Hussain, on the advice of the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, approved the nomination of two judges for the Appellate Tribunal on Wednesday.
According to an official release, Judges Abdul Rasool Memon and Salahuddin Panhwar of the Sindh High Court had been nominated for the tribunal.
The Tribunal will dispose of appeals against the decisions of Returning Officers rejecting or accepting nomination papers for by-elections on provincial assembly constituencies PS-22 Naushero Feroze-IV, PS-73 Jamshoro-cum-Dadu and PS-76 Dadu-III (Old Dadu-VI).
