Sharing experience: Microsoft launches Lumia 730
Catering to the need of taking selfies, Microsoft Devices has launched the Lumia 730 in Pakistan, armed with a wide angle front-facing camera.
James Rutherfoord, vice-president of Microsoft Devices North Africa, Levant and Near East, said it was about enabling people to easily capture and share what they want. “People are moving from using their front facing camera to take a close up selfie or have a solo Skype call, to making it much more about where they are and what they are doing.” said Rutherfoord.
As the average number of selfies taken every day reaches the 93-million mark, the company said the device is aimed at creating an uncompromised smartphone experience. Microsoft has priced the sleek dual SIM phone at Rs28,950 for the Pakistani market and produced it in a range of colours.
