An additional district and sessions judge on Thursday acquitted a man of murder charge giving him the benefit of doubt. Sundar police had registered a murder case against unidentified people on the complaint of Saleem Masih, father of the deceased. Police had later arrested Amir Masih and submitted a challan against him. The judge acquitted him as the prosecution could not establish his role in the murder.
