Big cache: Man held for smuggling weapons
Police seizes 1530-bore pistols with 2250 bullets, 9mm pistol with 5000 shells

The Wah Saddar police on Wednesday arrested a man and seized weapons and ammunition from his possession. Acting on a tip-off, a police party intercepted a Suzuki Ravi (RIZ-399), driven by Amjad Hussain, at a police checkpoint and during its search seized 1530-bore pistols with 2,250 bullets and a 9mm pistol with 5,000 shells. The police registered a case against him and investigation is under way.
