Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation launches apartments’ scheme
ISLAMABAD:
The Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHAF) is considering initiating a housing scheme at Sector 1-16/3 to facilitate federal government employees and the general public. The project would be launched as soon as its planning has been finalised, a PHAF official announced on Monday. The Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation, meanwhile, has launched an apartments’ scheme, Lifestyle Residency, in Sector G-13 on a public-private partnership, including 75 per cent of real estate for federal government employees and other specified groups and the rest for the general public. A No Objection Certificate (NoC) from the Capital Development Authority is awaited for the project, which will take 48 months to complete after the issuance of NoC.
