Violent clash: Five injured over land dispute
A case was filed but none of the groups lodged an FIR

Five people were shot and injured over a land dispute in Besham tehsil of Shangla district on Friday. A police official said the incident occurred in Barbat Kot area where two groups opened fire at each other over the ownership of a piece of land. Three people from one group and two from the other were injured in the incident. According to the policeman, two of the injured were taken to Saidu Teaching Hospital while the other group took their three injured men to Ayub Medical Complex, Abbottabad. A case was filed but none of the groups lodged an FIR. Investigation is under way.
