Strict measures: Display number plates or pay fines: ITP
ITP has urged motorists to display number plates on their vehicles
ISLAMABAD:
The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has urged motorists to display number plates on their vehicles issued by the Excise and Taxation Department. A special campaign was launched to ensure strict compliance of the law by motorists. Senior Superintendent of Police (Traffic) Malik Matloob has said special directions in this regard have been issued and road users are urged to put up their number plates issued from the government. Matloob added that motorists not following these directions would be issued fines or their vehicles would be impounded.
