Two killed, one injured in Swabi
A woman and man were killed and another woman was injured in Bazargai, Swabi
SWABI:
A woman and man were killed and another woman was injured in Bazargai, Swabi in the early hours of Tuesday.
Ilyas Khan, an official of Yar Hussain police, said Jan Muhammad filed a case stating that Shah Khalid, Wazirzada and Ghani Rahman, residents of Gumbat, Mardan barged into his house and allegedly killed Jan’s sister-in-law Gulsam Bibi and injured another sister-in-law Irum Bibi. Ghani Rahman also died in the crossfire.
The official said initial investigation revealed Ghani Rahman was Gulsam Bibi’s brother. Gulsam had eloped with Jan’s brother Wahid a decade ago, and since then had no relations with her parents. A case was filed against Ghani and his accomplices. Further investigation is under way.
