‘No love lost’: PML-N is a threat to itself, says Khosa

The former chief minister said that PPP’s support would prove detrimental for the PML-N

DERA GHAZI KHAN:

Former Punjab chief minister Dost Muhammad Khosa said on Friday that some Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) members were themselves their worst enemies.

He said that there was no love lost between Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz. He said that the PPP would abandon the government “as soon as time was ripe.”

The former chief minister said that PPP’s support would prove detrimental for the PML-N.

He said the sit-ins staged by the Pakistan Awami Tehreek and the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf at D Chowk in Islamabad were a consequence of the government’s incompetence.

He said PML-N leadership had sidelined many workers who had sacrificed for the party.

“A large number of people now supporting the PAT and the PTI were disgruntled N-League supporters,” he said.
