Citizen arrest: Two alleged thieves caught in G-9
Police say cases have been registered and further investigations are under way
ISLAMABAD:
Two men, identified as Ahsanullah and Jafar, were handed over to the Margalla police after citizens caught them allegedly attempting to steal a mobile phone from a man in G-9 Markaz. The police said that the thieves and two other accomplices were stealing the mobile phone when people caught them red-handed. A case was lodged against the suspects at the Margalla Police Station. Meanwhile, the same police arrested a man and seized four bottles of liquor from his car in Sector G-8/3. Cases have been registered and further investigations are under way, said a police official.
