MULTAN:
A number of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) activists have started hunting monitor lizards, locally called a goh, to write political slogans on their bodies.
Bodies of several lizards, two to three feet in length, have been found hanging at intersections, with ‘Go, Nawaz Go’ painted over them.
Some lizards have also been thrown outside former PTI president Javed Hashmi’s residence. Some residents of Matti Tal village on Saturday captured 25 lizards.
They said they would be displayed at demonstrations against the Nawaz government.
