Five Indian fishing boats taken into custody as well

KARACHI:
Pakistan on Saturday detained 29 Indian fishermen and took five Indian fishing boats, which entered Pakistani territorial waters, into custody, Express News reported.

The Maritime Security Commander Farook confirmed that the boats had entered 10 kilometres into Pakistani territorial waters.

The fishermen were taken into custody when the Maritime Security Agency (MSA) was carrying out routine patrol.

This is not the first time such an incident has taken place. Both Pakistan and India have detained each others fishermen many times.
