Pak-India : Industrialists to attend two exhibitions

Another four-day Made in Pakistan Expo titled “Fashion Fiesta” would begin in Mumbai on October 17.

Pakistani industrialists, including women entrepreneurs, are due to showcase their products at two exhibitions to be held in India next month. The four-day “Gift Expo Pre-Diwali Shopping Festival” would begin in Jalandhar on October 9 with the cooperation of Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. According to a letter sent by the vice chairman of the exhibition committee Khursheed Barlas to the Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Pakistani traditional cuisine would also find space at the exhibition in addition to other products, while Pakistani musical and cultural programmes would be held on a daily basis. Another four-day Made in Pakistan Expo titled “Fashion Fiesta” would begin in Mumbai on October 17. Agha Saeed, the general secretary of the Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry Multan division, said that applications have been sought from industrialists and entrepreneurs through their respective chambers till September 26 for their participation in the event.
