CMCH submits revised plan

LARKANA:
A revised plan to upgrade the urology department facilities at Chandka Medical College Hospital (CMCH), Larkana, has been sent to the provincial planning and development (P&D) department for approval. A recent P&D technical committee meeting in Karachi discussed these upgrades at length for a cost of Rs210 million. The scheme had been proposed by CMCH medical superintendent Dr Safiullah Abbasi, and Sindh chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah had directed officials to prioritise it. The PC-1 plan submitted will now be modified and submitted for approval at the Provincial Development Working Party forum, which will also decide the source of funding.
