An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Wednesday sentenced a man to 52 years imprisonment for planning to carry out terrorist attacks.
Lahore police arrested 45-year-old Sarfraz Khan from Kahna on March 8.
Later, Khan told police that he was a resident of Taxila and had arrived in Lahore to target security installations.
Police seized seven boxes of TNT, six boxes of detonators and detonation wire.
He confessed that he had been supplying explosives to various terrorist groups since September 2013 and was acting as a carrier.
