Arrested: CPLC capture kidnapper, murderer

Citizens Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) claimed to have arrested a kidnapper and murderer, with the help of the Anti-Violent Crime Cell (AVCC) on Tuesday.

CPLC officials said that Javed, a resident of Khayaban-e-Mujahid, DHA, was abducted on September 5. CPLC chief Ahmed Chinoy said that Javed's sister reported the case to the CPLC on September 8, after which the CPLC and AVCC started working on it together.
"With the help of our technical sources, we managed to identify a suspect, Ikram," Chinoy said. "CPLC and AVCC jointly raided a hideout and Ikram was arrested." He said that Ikram confessed during interrogation that he had killed Javed on September 8.
Javed's case was already registered at the Darakshan police station.
