Gujrat begging ring: Police rescue a dozen children

Police have busted a criminal gang in Gujrat district that used children for beggary and freed over a dozen children from its clutches, Daily Express reported.

Acting on complaints of the local people in Lalamusa, police tracked down and then raided the hideout of the gang and found the children locked up in a room.

The children were forced to beg in the streets and bring back the money to the ringleader.

Further probe in to child trafficking, abuse and kidnappings is underway, police said.

Typical Shabaz mentality as if Lahore does not have such gangs.

Now comes the Q . What will happen to these children . Once the drama and noise in the media dies down they will be sucked back into the old quagmire again .
