                                        ISLAMABAD: 
            
        
            A three-day international English language teaching conference opened at the Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) on Friday. Society of Pakistan English Language Teachers (SPELT) has organised the annual moot in collaboration with the Oxford University Press (OUP) and the AIOU Department of English Language and Applied Linguistics. More than 70 international and national experts will speak and conduct workshops on various aspects of English language teaching. The annual conference provides an opportunity to teachers of the English language to interact with each other and develop a teachers’ plate form. It also disseminates the current ideas and development in English language teaching. The conference will conclude on Sunday.
