Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) announced the result of intermediate Part-II annual examination 2014 on Friday.
Controller Examination (Colleges) Muhammad Aslam Chaudhry announced that a total of 18,123 passed the exam, out of 39,406 candidates who sat the exam, with an overall success ratio of 45.99 per cent.
Khurshid Hassan of the Read Foundation College, Samani, Bhimbher district, secured first position in pre-medical with 1028 out of total 1,100 marks. Isra Ali Nawaz (pre-engineering group) of Fatima-Tuz-Zahra Girls Degree College, Poonch district, and Faiza Sharif (pre-Medical group) of Fatima-Tuz-Zahra Girls College, Kotli, bagged second and third positions with 1,019 and 1,014 marks respectively.
Result has also been published on the board website.
The intermediate supplementary exam 2014 is likely to commence from October 23, 2014.
