Until we secure our borders, and (humanely) repatriate the 3m Afghans roaming all over the country on false CNIC cards and green passports, the Uzbeks, Bengalis, Burmeses and Sri Lankans (as the US and UK with illegal aliens after 9/11), we will continue to be suseptible to these types of attacks.
