Three astronauts from the International Space Station - two Russians and an American - returned to Earth on Thursday after spending more than six months in space, Russian space agency Roskosmos said.
American Steven Swanson and Russians Alexander Skvortsov and Oleg Artemiev, who left on March 26, landed in the Kazakh Steppe region at 0223 GMT onboard the capsule Soyuz TMA-12M.
