Protest symbol: PTI will not participate in by-polls
PTI said on Saturday that his party would not participate in any by-elections in the province.

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Punjab president Ejaz Chaudhry said on Saturday that his party would not participate in any by-elections in the province.
“The party candidate participating in by-elections in Sheikhupura PP-162, scheduled for September 22, will also withdraw his candidature,” Chaudhry stated in a press statement.
He said the PTI did not accept the present government as it came into power through rigged elections. “Fake ballot papers are being found in all constituencies where re-counting has been undertaken,” he said.
