Asif crashes out of 6-Red event
Pakistan cuiest fails to qualify for last-16 round after four losses.

Last year’s Asian 6-Red champion Muhammad Asif crashed out of the 2014 Sangsom 6-Red Championship as he lost four of his five matches in Bangkok, Thailand.
Asif was placed in Group G at the championship. He was competing as the 2013 Asian 6-Red Champion in the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association event.
Asif had a rough campaign and missed out on his chance to finish in the top two from the group of six.
Asif lost to England’s Stuart Bingham 5-4 after a close match on Wednesday, but was then able to bag a consolation win, defeating Austria’s Andreas Ploner 5-2.
Asif concluded the championship on the fourth spot in Group G. Earlier, Asif lost to Scotland’s Graeme Dott 5-1, Welshman Garreth Lan 5-4 and Thailand’s Dechawat Poomjaeng 5-2.
