Collaboration between Pakistani and Indian stars always makes us happy. We find Fawad Khan and Sonam Kapoor on the big daddy, Amitab Bachans’s quiz show Kon Banay Ga Crorepati. It gives us immense happiness to see Pakistan’s boy-next-door; Fawad Khan, spreading his wings from doing advertisements, modeling, TV-shows and now bringing out the big guns by starring in a mainstream Bollywood film.
Khan and Kapoor’s happiness springs from the promotion of their new film on India’s most watched show, next to the great Bachan. This however is not the first such appearance of former EP(Entity Paradigm) vocalist. Khan has been featuring in a number of Indian TV shows , such as Comedy Nights with Kapil to promote his new film.
What makes us even more excited is the coming together of two gorgeous actors in a movie we can’t wait for. Khoobsurat — The Royal Misfit stars both Khan and Kapoor in a Rheya Kapoor and Disney production. The film marks the Bollywood debut of popular Pakistani heart throb, Fawad Khan. Khoobsurat is the remake of 1980 movie Khubsoorat which featured Rekha and Rakesh Roshan. Sonam will essay a physiotherapist, Milli Chakravarty and Fawad will play Vikram Rathore, a prince. The much anticipated film will be released this year on September 19.
