Old Enmity: Man shot dead in Khairpur

KHAIRPUR: A 27-year-old man was killed in Khairpur on Saturday. The deceased, identified as Subhan Ali Dasti, was on his way to the sessions court from the Hesbani village to attend a hearing when armed motorcyclists opened fire on him near the court’s premises, killing him on the spot. According to A-Section police, the motive was a long-standing enmity between the two groups of the Hesbani community. The deceased was handed over to his family after medico-legal formalities.
