Cattle theft: Goat thief beaten, hair shaved
The thief was later handed over to the police
BHAKKAR:
A goat thief was caught red-handed by residents of Bhakkar and handed over to the police after they beat him. Police said Muhammad Waqas Ansari, a farmer, caught Muhammad Aslam stealing a goat in Islam Nagar. They said the man apparently took the coat and was walking it to his house when he was caught. They said when he was spotted with the stolen goat, he tried to run with it. They said Ansari chased him with some residents of the area. When they caught up with him, the villagers shaved his head and beat him. Later, they handed him over to the police.
