A court on Tuesday fixed Wednesday (today) for the hearing of a petition seeking a case against unidentified people for stealing evidence related to the June 17 Model Town violence.
The petition was earlier fixed for Tuesday but the judge was on leave.
Petitioner Advocate Mansoorur Rehman Khan Afridi said he had been pursuing a case related to the killing of 14 Pakistan Awami Tehreek workers. He said the evidence had gone missing on August 19.
