Special children: Rs800 million for special education
The minister said that the government was taking all possible steps for the rehabilitation of special children.

Provincial Minister for Special Education Asif Saeed Manais said on Tuesday that the government had allocated Rs800 million in the budget for the welfare of special children. He was presiding over a high-level meeting held at the Education Department. Special Education Director Faazil Cheema and Deputy Director Shahid Abbas attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed future department projects. Special Education Secretary Ambreen Raza gave a detailed briefing about construction and repair of buildings and up-grade of schools. The minister said that the government was taking all possible steps for the rehabilitation of special children.
