Recruitment: NCSW to hire new staff soon
National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW) will soon be hiring new staff.

National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW) will soon be hiring new staff. NCSW Chairperson Khawar Mumtaz told APP that 23 officers’ posts have been sanctioned while more than 60 seats have been allocated for staff positions. She said the positions will be announced after completion of necessary procedures. Mumtaz said the commission has the mandate to ensure and protect women’s rights in the country and to monitor the implementation of women’s rights legislation. She stated that the Commission had been working with volunteers and staff hired on project basis which posed a problem. She said that new staff is direly required for smooth working of the commission.
